As part of construction of the 2nd stage of Sonyachna brama business-class residential complex (73-79 Lomonosova str., Kyiv), TMM Company has finished brick laying works in a 19-storeyed residential building and disassembled the tower crane. TMM Company started sales of apartments in the second phase of Sonyachna brama business-class residential complex at 73-79 Lomonosova str., Kyiv. The second phase comprises 311 apartments with the total sellable area of 37,000 sq m. As of 01.01.2012 the level of the second phase completion is 35% in monetary terms. TMM Company has put into operation new buildings of its TMM-Yalta hotel complex (16 Lesi Ukrainky str.). The new complex of buildings with the total area of 2.8 thousand sq m comprises a 4-storeyed hotel building with a cafe and an administrative building.
